  The vendor posted late resulting in late delivery. The item was delivered to an address that isn't mine. The vendor did not assist me in locating it. A simple call to Yodel would have helped but he refused to do so and said I had to fill in a form to say it had been stolen. I eventaually tracked it down to a farm 1/2 a mile away in their recycling bin. I would not use this vendor again. If delivery goes wrong he won' t make a simple phone call to assist.The item doesn't appear new.

  The worst type of buyer, awkward at every possible opportunity, refusing to make any effort himself, clearly a person who expects everyone to do everything for him. the item was shown as delivered on tracking, tried to resolve issues for the buyer however received complete refusal to go through the claim process, refusal to fill in a basic form that is required of him to resolve the issue, just constant moaning and insults and drama, i hope you never have to deal with this person.
