Value Priced Tool That Does the Job
Does the job but has a fairly tight fit on the ring. My wheels only have a couple hundred miles on them so maybe a looser fit on a more well used hub. I had a bad bearing on a newer hub and was able to remove the ring to get the bearing out.

Updated Eggbeaters
I've been ridding Eggbeaters for years. Crankbrothers has updated this model of pedals with improved seals and replace the needle bearings with a new bushings.I never had issues with the older design but I've read others have.I usually service my Crankbrothers pedals about every 1,000 miles. They are very easy to service in about 15 min. Hopefully these keep me as happy as my older Eggbeaters.
