Seller was prompt in responding and sent replacement printer but could not correct the battery issue so offered full refund. Sent unit back and seller promptly refunded. I would consider doing business with seller. He was prompt and responsive.

If you want a user friendly work horse that's built to last then the Passport 2 is the way to go.
