Good hardware quality; software needs work
I have two of these and installation was fairly straightforward using the installation booklet and the YouTube video. Setting up tags for one was easy, less so for the second, which may be due to the Conexis app. which has known bugs. I've linked mine to a smart alarm using the modules, and this works well with notifications. Build quality of the lock is high. I suggest Yale need to invest more in the App.

Great but with some issues
Great for those wishing to link the smart lock to the Yale IA alarm. Set up should be straightforward when following the installation and sync instructions, but be prepared to have several tries before the Yale home app completes the operation. I've got two of these and the second one wiped all my tags from the lock, so I had to re-enter them through the Conexis app. Once set up, however, notifications through the Yale home app are useful.

Solid construction
Good solid construction, much better quality than other extendable shaving mirrors that I've previously purchased. Very good hinges and fixing plate. Quite a weighty unit, and the magnification not as high as some others available, but enough for normal use.
