A Most Useful Tool for painting.

I am absolutely delighted with this brush. The user must remember that you twist the end of the brush to draw up water, ink or paint into the clear plastic chamber. I made the mistake of pulling at first. This will jam the plunger and break it if you are not careful, but you will still have an excellent brush for painting. I found that when I used Chinese ink that it stayed fresh inside the clear plastic chamber for over a month and only needed the brush tip dipped in water to refresh it. When I cleaned out the chamber with clean water by using the plunger the ink/paint it was abosulutely clean without any residue of ink left behind. Having three different brushes you can mix three tones in the three brushes and for tonal painting making it easy and quick on the paper.

Derwent Pastel Wrap

Good wrap with a quibble.

The picture on the packet was different to the wrap inside. The picture on the front showed an open slot for the Inktense blocks to sit in and the wrap a plastic cover for each individual block to slip into. I needed them open as shown on the packet for watercolour washes and painting. However, I am pleased with the two wraps I bought and can use them for storage of other Derwent, Conte and pastel products that need protection. The price was amazing and I am glad I bought them even with this quibble.
