Don't waste your money
Bad copy. Flickering and grainy quality. Demonstrations are too fast and vigorous. Not for beginners. Lots of panning around the studio at plants and such like, so you miss seeing half the instructions. Not much description of what is taking place so hard to follow. The lead instructor is very strange, he comes across as quite dead inside, he has no expression at all on his face. Going to buy a Jason Chan dvd instead he has good reviews. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.
