  The seller did not have the item to send. Tried to get refund from seller but he/she seemed to be unable to refund the money or cancel item. I finally got a refund through Paypal. It all worked out in the end but it took much time and anxiety just to get a refund through the seller and Ebay. Paypal did the hard work to resolve the issue
