    I have written this item off as lost. Item was shipped 8/20 and arrived in New York 8/28 , arrived in San Francisco 9/2, arrived in Hilo Hawaii 9/18 . Hilo is about 10 miles from Keaau the town I live in. It's now 9/22 . Item has still not arrived in Keaau. This is not the seller's fault. I am totally discussed with the US postal service and, will not order anything from outside the US again.
