Buy it; you won't regret it.
I bought this product because I enjoyed the last three. As with Saints Row The Third, I was extremely skeptical, mainly due to the outrageously silly nature of the game. But let me tell you, I can't remember the last time I had that much fun with a game. We get used to seeing nothing but generic first-person shooters, games that strive to make you think you're playing someone else's life, but this game takes it back to the days when games didn't have to be realistic or have amazing graphics; this is a game where you can just have fun.
So here's a rundown: you're not going to get amazing graphics, you're not going to get a brilliant storyline, you're not going to see realistic physics, you're NOT going to think this is real life. What you do get, is fun, raw, utter addicting gameplay.
