  We purchased this item on the 14/10/2024. Upon arrival, unpacking and charging the battery we briefly operated it. All appeared to be in perfect order. However upon commencing hedge cutting it failed to operate. It became obvious that an internal fault existed and we messaged Garcare. They responded within 24 hours and after a couple of further exchanges they offered to send us another hedge trimmer or a full cash refund. They are a good trustworthy company. Deal with confidence.
