The description is NWT. The item arrived but the tags were not attached. They quality of the shirt was good and the shipping was fast. However I question if the shirt was already worn.

Not that great
The first seven shadows are great, if you add a little water to your brush. The rest of the shadows are very dull and you have to use a lot just so you can see the color.
