Poor quality don't bother

A brilliant easy to use camera
4 of 4 found this helpful I bought this to replace my Sony Cybershot DSCP93A. I liked my old camera and it was great but too chunky and heavy. I wanted something easy enough for my kids to use, and wasn't after anything too fancy, point and shoot with a good sixed viewfinder and a video facility.
I have tried the camera out and all in all its pretty good. The video quality is a little lower than on my old Sony, but you get what you pay for and for £42 I got a flaming good camera in the Samsung.
The picture quality at over 7 megapixels is great, much sharper than my old camera and the facial recognition and anti camera shake facility is a great extra.
It's stylish and sleek, with very few buttons and is easy to use.
The manual is rather short, but the CD rom supplied covers all the other stuff not covered in the quick start up guide.
Uploading the media to your PC is child's play- you don't even need to install the CD rom first.
It takes a SD card (I got a 2 gb one For £1.40) and i am thrilled to bits.

Book is American and all in black and white, using ingredients we don't always get in UK. US weights and measures as well. Will be of no use to us
