    The treadmill is in excellent condition, just as described. The seller dismantled it to get it out of his house, put it back together to demonstrate to me, and then dismantled it and helped me get it into my van. I’m very pleased with this item. The seller also communicated everything with me via message, promptly. Would recommend. Excellent seller!

    Owing to the fact that i have not received this item,I have received 3 emails from dpd saying they will deliver on 3 different days. I am still waiting, this is not acceptable and I will not be using this seller, so I rate this experience as very very unprofessional

    I've only just seen this and have to reply as Its so strange. You say you hadn't received the item yet you did not contact me at any point to let me know? The first thing anyone would do in that situation is message the seller. Nor did you open a dispute? The oddest part is about the 3 emails from DPD changing delivery dates, it was sent with Royal Mail not DPD so DPD would not have contacted you? Regarding 'unprofessional' I am not a business seller, clear on my profile. Very strange feedback.
