    Brilliant newly upgraded cable holder. Very genuine and courteous seller. I had a slight issue with previous buy, and he offered me a straight replacement with a new stronger design without any hesitation, but with the conversation we had, I insisted that I just buy the new design because I totally appreciated the story behind the product, which really is heartwarming in my opinion. I recommend this product and seller definitely.

    The phone has faulty charge port. I tried 3 cables, 2 of which were original Apple cables but none would stay in place long. Seller refused to accept there was anything wrong and initially refused to reimburse the delivery cost until i reluctantly suggested if he refunded that i would pay the cost of return, despite the fact that it is faulty. Having got his return he messaged with a sarchy comment suggesting it was ok and that i never wanted the phone. Very rude, don't do business with him!

    There was nothing wrong with the phone when it was shipped. I accepted the return, on receiving it back I plugged it in straight away and it connected and charged straight away. The phone was then sold again and the new buyer was pleased. This buyer clearly had a charge of mind or just didn’t want the item.
