Pretty much OK
This is the second one of these I have had. The first lasted about three years. It is cheaper than buying a new telly!!!

Very helpful product, and good value
A simple thing, but really effective. I have slipped discs at 5, 6 and 7. I weigh 13 stone, and am 5'8". Sitting for any length of time, especially to drive, was very uncomfortable. I now just wear the roll all day under a baggy jacket. I can sit far more comfortably and drive for 30 minutes or so without stopping to stretch. You should couple using this product with the exercises outlined in the 'Treat your own back' booklet. I am a pretty happy purchaser!
