Materials is not suitable for purpose; kit is not reuseable

The plastic Litter Tray is too thin, flimsy and floppy. My cat (5.1 kg) refuse to walk on to due to the worry of falling through. The materials is not suitable for purpose. Also, the tray kit requires cutting for each ring. As such, it is not reusuable if you want to train in more than one toilet at home.

Suction locking mechanism broke when installing it

Plastic flap to lock the suction mechanism appears to be badly designed with sub-par plastic materials. The locking flap broke off when trying to lock the suction cup on to the windscreen.

Poor quality - Inlet bolt thread damaged

Bolt thread to the inlet was damaged during installation during tightening to manufacturer's torque setting of 14Nm. That is not a lot of force. I hand winded the bolt into the dryer to make sure that the bolt is not cross threaded before using a torque wrench. Very disappointed with the very poor quality - ended up having to purchase a different receiver dryer.
