Device not inspected or tested
Device out of the box had a loud piercing noise as the internal blade spins up to speed. On Low speed too much to take. Like some piece or part was in the was. Shook it and smacked it a couple times, did not go away.

Very dissapointing product so far
3 of 14 found this helpful Having had time now to work with this module for several weeks, I am very displeased with the sound sample quality and useful variety of the choices. Ride cymbal sounds are terrible and no acceptable choice for a ping ride exists...currently unable to get computer access to the available downloads from manufacturer and forsee selling it if this is all that module can do. Bought a Pro X Hi-hat to work expressly with this module and so far that is turning out to be wasted money as well. Hope to get Alesis help or I will blast them for expensive failure of their products.
