  I don’t understand its a first seller who ignored my emails I didn’t receive my item yet I contacted him few time he didn’t reply I contacted eBay for support the seller is unreliable im not happy at all now i have to order another one while i wait for eBay to get back to me and get my money back

  The same experience as previous buyers this past month. The cartridges have still not arrived, and there is no evidence of them being dispatched, and no tracking available. The seller has not responded to my request for an update. I will now request a refund and will have to buy from another seller.

  Stay away from this seller. I didn't receive the item that I ordered. I contacted him but I never got a response. EBay stepped in and issued me a refund.

  I wouldn’t know as I never received it. I was not notified it had been posted and there was no tracking information so it looks like it was never sent, the seller totally ignored my emails. EBay immediately refunded me due to unusual activity around this item
