Good quality at a good price
Fitted really well, and seem to be good quality rubber and a decent price.

It really does work!
I fitted this "tuning box" to my 2004 VW Polo GT TDI 130bhp that has done 125,000 miles. I figured the box might recover some of the lost power that usually happens as engines age, although as a mechanic I was sceptical of the claims being made in the listing. So after about 500 miles with this box fitted here's what i've found.
Fitting was very easy for me and honestly shouldn't be a challenge even for someone that has little knowledge of cars and engines. Once you locate the plug you need (clearly shown on provided instructions) the only thing that you may struggle with is the release clip on the plug, I recommend a small flat screwdriver to gently release the clip.
On the first drive I immediately noticed that the throttle pedel was more sensitive, this took a little getting used to at first.
Power increase? Well I can't speak to any official figures but I can say the car definately pulls better in the low end, however i'd say realistically it's probably more around the lines of a 10% increase in performance, not the "up to 40%" quoted in the ad.
Fuel Economy? This is where it gets interesting, before I'd get mid 50mpg's with normal driving, low 60's at a push. Now, without trying I get mid 60's with normal driving, and even managed an average of 84.4mpg on a 40 mile round trip doing 55-60mph.
If your looking for big power increases, don't bother with this, get your car professionally remapped on a rolling road, however if your looking for a little more power and a decent chunk more fuel economy then buy this box. It really will pay for itself in just a few thousand miles, then you can enjoy saving money and a little more performance.

Not genuine
These can't be the genuine item, they are longer than the one still present in my car and these also didn't stay in the hole without superglue. They were cheap enough and do the job, but only once glued.
