Good value, could be better with solid top

Very nice bench, solid and good-looking. Two negatives: one is that the instructions are vague and it is possible to assemble it incorrectly and not know until the final step - then it is simply a matter of undoing everything and switching it around. The second is that the bench top is slats, not solid. Not good because this means the drawer under the bench top is open, and holds rain water. It also means small things fall through. I added a solid top which works well.
