Poor Quality
After very little use the black plastic button stripped out or rounded out and would no longer turn the gear making the machines useless. Poor quality.

Best tool for oral health
2 of 2 found this helpful I am a long time user of a Waterpik. It keeps my teeth cleaner and gums more healthy than anything else. My old one died so I bought this one. It is OK but I'd rather have my one from thirty years ago if they still made it. This one did not come with all the tips so maybe there is a better tip. It does a good job but throws so much water I sometimes feel like I am being waterboarded. I need to fill the reservoir with way more water than my old one and it goes faster. Also the valve at the bottom of the reservoir leaks so it is a little messy until it is seated in the machine. This does not affect the operation but is a little annoying. I guess that is what I get for seeking a bargain on eBay. You get what you pay for.....
