15M Retractable Clothes Line Long Wall Mounted Outdoor Indoor Laundry Washing

Gets tangled on retraction.

I pulled out the cable 10 meters to fix to a fence post and all was good for 1 day, Two days later I wanted to retract the line so I slowly walked back to the feeder unit with the cable in hand and it got tangled inside the mechanism. I tried to unscrew the cover to free it, then the spring shot out and it got tangled even worse inside. I have ended up cutting the feeder off with pliers and manually tying the end to a fence post and throwing the mechanism in the bin.
