SinuPulse is a Little Better Than the Previous Methods I Tried
3 of 3 found this helpful I started with the Neti Pot, which worked OK, progressed to the NeilMed sinus rinse bottle, and now have the SinuPulse irrigation system. Each of these is better than the one I used before it. The SinuPulse is just a bit better than the rinse bottle because it has a steady, controllable pressure that is not as easy to get with the rinse bottles. The results of the SinuPulse is a little better than the rinse bottle. Both provide enough rinsing to clear out everything.
