Can do amazing analog recording. Need up to 8GB CF card. Does not have microphone input

Pionner T-D7 Cassette Deck, a terrific model
Transport system use low cost parts but the electronic of this deck is incredibly superb. After pinch roller replacement, head cleaning + de-magnetizing and playback level calibration (increase of about 3-dB) to Dolby level, the audio quality is above 20 high end deck I have. One trick is to run BLE (XD Flat) with no Dolby. After that, one may choose no Dolby because the Digital Processing system is so good. This japan model need a buck transformer to run 120V AC is USA. If not, the fluorescent display is too bright and the filament may burn quickly, Also, an inside voltage regulator would get too hot. Again, this is a fantastic cassette deck. The aluminum front panel looks nice to accommodate champagne colored high end systems
