So this item certainly is NOT plug an...
So this item certainly is NOT plug and play it does away with the outer frame of the OEM/ Land rover part which in itself is not an issue .The fan is a 12 fan on the Landrover original part but the fan mountings on this are for a 15 fan so you will have to bolt through the radiator which to be fair is the way Land rover did it .. also as the radiator is larger it will require more gas than the original part..
The A/C pipes feeding the radiator will need bending to fit, it would of been nice to have all this information as part of the description on the listing so as a customer you could make an INFORMED CHOICE ..
Is it cheaper than the genuine part Yes it is so in that respect it does fulfil that part of the item well It does look quite well made and after some bending and fettling is does fit so all in all as long as you have some basic mechanical knowledge and are happy with spending time making the item fit then you will be fine ...But its not for the faint of heart or those thinking its just a few nuts and bolts and will be done..
