I eventually tracked it down to the local Post Office, where it had been misdelivered by the Delivery Office, although it had been correctly addressed including the ECP code. Great communications with the seller, who had tried to locate my parcel. Prompt mis-delivery! Well packaged superb quality item at a bargain price!
