  Unfortunately, I did not receive the item because the seller mixed up the packages and sent a completely different item. The original item I was supposed to receive apparently got lost in the shipment. A plus for the seller for quickly returning the money, but a minus for waiting for the goods to be shipped, which took more than 4 days. Then, as I wrote above, it turned out that I received the wrong item and the parcel intended for me was lost.

  Hello, im sorry your unhappy, as I said to you in my communication, the item was damaged during packaging and there is little point in sending you an item that doesnt work (ball was cut). In this case I did not have a replacement and it left me with no choice but to refund you.
