As described, same as in pictures and works great!!
This item is in like new condition- it is missing the original foam carbon filter that goes above the replaceable white filter from the original product store package, but that wasn’t listed as part of this sale so I will buy that separately from their website. The mop feature worked well. Vacuum is fine, though it did get it’s plastic duster hairs coiled up on one of my throw rugs. I combed and trimmed them back. I will eventually unscrew them and soak in hot water to help them regain their shape.
Seller packed it well but didn’t bother cleaning it so that was a little gross to pull a strangers hair out of the roller lol but I polished it up and it’s running great!
