argyle socks and a spear up the ass!
if you are looking for a high-budget glossy blockbuster then look elsewhere. This is a fantastic done-on-a-shoestring contemporary B-movie that doesn't take itsself too seriously, you can tell a lot of love went into the making of this film and it covers a multitude of sins. Loosely following the exploits of a group of beautifully cliched italian mobsters with an embarrasing eating disorder (ok- vampirism) this film romps merrily through cannibalism, blood sucking, gratuitous psychically induced christian-baiting orgasm, mob violence, kidnap, stabbings, vomiting internal organs and heart eating, and the aforementioned ass-spearing, all with a little smile on its face and a VERY clean kitchen.
I did worry (after a terrible experiencewith 2012) it might wander into american/christian proselytising, but, not to worry.
Lovely film. One for the kids.

Bought two pairs, one of which arrived with wires hanging out, the volume control switch on the other fell off after two uses.

The actual case they come in seems to have had more care and attention in production than the end product. The clip for the headphone wire was so mangled post production that it was not fit for purpose.
Is short these are not even cheap earphones, they are expensive earphone shaped simulations.

Brillant, more of the same please!
Been waiting for this for a while now and having read (and enjoyed) the comics i was a little apprehensive as to wether the series would live up to expectations, i was not dissapointed.
Not wanting to throw out any spoilers i will let the title speak for itself -basic plot being an eclectic group of survivors of an ongoing zombie apocalypse attempt to stay alive and sane in a Wold-Gawn-Mad.
Recommeded for any fan of the zombie genre, faithful to the comics, plenty of extras, fantasticly shot, the central characters are very human and well developed, make up is amazing with emphasis on realtime efects than cgi, plenty of gore but it doesnt try to subsitute a decent plot with attempt to shock with gratuity.
The only even slightly annoying thing about this is the lopsided spread of episodes between the two dvds - four on one two on the other but really the fact that i would have happily watched all six episodes back-to-back has to say something about the series. Bring on series 2!
