Works wonders at soothing
4 of 4 found this helpful I bought this last week for my holiday to Mexico. I’m 25 & since I was 18 I have got really aggressive prickly heat day 3 of my holiday. I take antihistamines & vitamins 6 weeks prior to hol & during, use sunbeds for 6 mins twice a week for a month & use a tan extender lotion & ultrasun sun cream which is specific for sensitive skin.
Unfortunately I still got prickly heat day 4 but I can honestly say it’s not half as bad as it has been in the past (which I credit to me using the PH shower gel morn & night in a cool shower). Ofcourse I can’t credit this to the gel alone but I can say that the PH lotion works wonders. I’ve been applying that at night & waking up rash & itch free. Unfortunately it does return if I go back out into the sun (which I am avoiding but had a day trip yesterday & it flared up so bad) but I shall provide pics to show you how amazing the difference is over night. In the past once I get it that’s me miserable for the rest of my holiday but this combo has allowed me to still enjoy my hol in the air con & more importantly sleep!!!! I never want to go back to half a week of sleepless nights where I use a hotel wall to scratch at my own back. I would 100% recommend buying the 2 products as I feel the duo really has helped me be able to avoid a much severer episode. Will be buying it every year!

A soother not a preventer but would 100% recommend
