It came with the big sealing washer too. It was absolutely identical to the original one.

Villiers F15 Governor Spring

Works OK

This is quite a strong spring but that is better then being too weak! I fitted this to a Villiers F15 engine on an Allen Scythe. To get the correct speed of 2400 rpm it had to go on the innermost hole on the governor arm. When I tried it on the outermost hole I got about 4000rpm. So it seems to cover most requirements.

Best pencil by far

Pentel P200 series are just the best pencils ever. They are still superbly made and work so well and hardly ever break. I don't use anything else thee days.
