Early studio photography from the subjects point of view

I am really enjoying reading this book. It is fascinating to consider the human aspects of early photography from the viewpoint of the customer rather than the technical aspects and development of photographic techniques. Well structured with excellent examples, it has made me look again at many of the photographs in my collection through a different set of eyes.

Jeb Loy Nichols - Who?

That's just what I thought. Who? Never heard of him/her, but I like my music so I was curious, found a sample of his work on the net and listened and liked it. So I thought why not buy the CD I can always ell it on again. Listened to the whole thing an dreally liked it. I buy a lot of CDs this way and I've found some real gems.
