This case is NOT LEATHER! It's a cheap, hard plastic-type vinyl. It is inappropriately titled.
This cover is not leather. It's a cheap, hard plastic-type vinyl that is very awkward to hold and adds bulk to your beautiful flexible, soft Christian Prayer Book. It certainly does not fit the Christian Prayer book properly. It is not bendable or flexible. If you try to squeeze your book into it, you will damage your book and destroy the binding. This cover is advertised as leather, but it is NOT LEATHER. It is a synthetic hard resin PLASTIC. In addition, the zipper placement is completely wrong. The beautiful ribbons get caught in the zipper making it very hard to zip. The zipper should NOT have closed from the bottom up to the top - but rather from the top to the bottom. That way, you could leave a space at the bottom for the ribbons to hang down. Do not buy this cover - you'll regret it.

The Liturgy of the Hours is a beautiful way to pray, and this is such a beautiful leather set. Well worth the money!
Such a beautiful set of prayer books. This Liturgy of the Hours way of praying is magnificent. As far as the books themselves, they are a beautiful, soft leather. They fit into your hand perfectly. They are flexible and the have just the right amount of weight to them to hold during your prayers. They are packaged in a reusable, thick cardboard box which protects your books splendidly. If you want to increase your prayer life, do not hesitate to buy this Liturgy of the Hours prayer book set, and learn this beautiful way of praying. You will not regret it!

Such a wonderful book!
Fr. Mark Mary is a wonderful writer. He recounts many personal stories and experiences which keep your reading experience flowing at a beautiful pace. I've learned so much from this book. It was exactly what I was looking for. Buy it! You won't regret it!
