Overall a good product for the price

Sound and video quality are very good. The charging cord is way too short for anything. there is no viewing screen so you have no idea if it's lined up or not. Hot enough to burn skin while charging. We use a 128G SD card that works perfectly - even though it says it only uses a 64G. But overall a good product for the price.

ODD Design

Not sure why they designed the bowl so that the feed tube is in the back of the machine - OR if you want the feed tube in the front, then the on/off/pulse buttons are in the back! WHAT? WHY? This is not as durable as I had hoped either, though I love the 14 cup bowl.
