  Seller delivered on time at an excellent price, but we were both let down by ParcelFarce. Due to them, the item arrived badly damaged and non functional. On the previous day they tried to deliver it to the wrong address and following that had clearly dropped it from a great height (but hadn’t bothered owning up). Every side was dented and bent and the packaging was in a shocking state. I would highly recommend this seller as he immediately refunded the cost of the item, but ParcelFarce..No way.

  thank you so so much for your very kind words regarding the item purchased. was a pleasure to do business with yourself although the outcome was not ideal im glad we spoke and solved the issue just wish these couriers etc were more careful with things. although this is the first time it has happened i pride myself on my service and reviews and will always resolve any issues straight away hope to do business in future 10/10 interaction wish all ebayers were like you. regards
