  Sadly after purchasing 6 BMW Spark plugs for my BMW 325ti last Friday 1st August 2025. I get sent 2 messages first a cancellation of my order at 7.21am on Tuesday 5th August 2025, over 3 DAYS later. The second one to inform me of a refund which will take an extra 3 to 5 days before I get my money back.VERY VERY POOR way to run a bussiness. This will be my LAST time I will place an order with VERTU BMW THOUGH eBay!!!I would like to have had the chance to leave feedback for them and give 0****
