An unmemorable waste of money.

The content is disappointing in the extreme. How on earth have they managed even to spell the word AEOLIAN incorrectly on the cover?! (It is spelt AEOLOIAN!) It reads rather like an advertisement for the Company. I was hoping for some in-depth information about these instruments.

I have only used one filter so far. It seems to act in the same way as the branded name ones do. This first filter fairly soon become non-effective so I have now replaced it. Time will tell whether it was worthwhile buying the non-branded ones. They are certainly cheaper.

Over a barrel!

I have bought these replacement foils several times before, so knew what to expect. I have no quibble with the product itself, except to say that it is the FOIL itself which wears out. Why therefore does one have to buy the plastic mount, the cutter and the spring as well? This all adds to the expense which, at £14 for the unit, is very expensive. The foils don't last very long so one is forced either to buy a complete unit such as this, or throw away the razor and buy another one. Remington's thus have me over a barrel. Having said this, I couldn't find the product any cheaper elsewhere.
