  seller didnt pay enough postage and hasnt answered my messages. i paid the extra postage as i was unaware as to which item it related to! shocking that i was not refunded for the sellers mistake.

  I was away on holiday when this buyer contacted me. I replied when I returned with a photo of my proof of postage at my local post office but I refunded her postage immediately that day. I then started my own claim with the post office for the postage I paid. The buyer emailed to say she would remove this but i am guessing it was not possible through Ebay.
