Not Working at all !!!
2 of 2 found this helpful 63XL Black ink cartridge which I ordered from you is not working. I've tried to clean it very carefully, but still not working. HP Print and Scan Doctor says that it's not compatible with my device or it's a prinhead's problem, but my printer is HP Deskjet 2130 and printhead has no problems at all, because I've tried it with other inks. So it's clearly this ink's issue, maybe it's damaged or empty, I have no idea. Was waiting for this order for quite a long time and am very disappointed.
