  Seller told me the item was fully functional. Upon receiving the hi/low range switch didn’t work and the HDC button was stuck down. Requested a refund, seller refunded the item but is refusing to pay for the return postage charge, even though in the eBay money back guarantee it clearly states the seller covers the return postage fee if the item is damaged/not working. Their justification ‘in their opinion it works’. Terrible eBay seller, AVOID!!
