Staggering quality and service.
No instructions so when I removed the spool something important fell out and as I reel in now the spool retaining knob unwinds. The company sent me a set of bits but no instructions which would have been useful The first reel now remains unusable, but I bought another the same as the first, but due to my fault not the makers. They are outstanding reels and when I saw the price I could not believe what arrived, on time, a beautifully machined and lightweight fly reel. I own reels more than 15X the price and this is better in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
