  I ordered 2 of these 12 inch desktop fans, they arrived on time , perfectly packed, 1 fan was missing 1 item from the box to complete the fan build, I contacted the seller, they were very fast to respond and very apologetic and organised another fan to be sent out immediately. A good quality product as described, very quiet, and smooth movements, and a great fair price. Excellent customer services.

  Not as described. I bought this ss as a gift for a relative this Xmas. Description was new in its box with warranty. This came in a tatty box with np postage wrapping over it and it's not new just preserved. I hope my sister will like this I am personally embarrassed. However it's not Christmas I like the simplicity of this wreath myself . I can still buy one for my sister half the price without packaging the display box.and with no warranty. From any retail. Thankyou proudly be displayed.

  Ordered These 3 x 62 Litre Boxes on the 6th July and they were delivered on the 8th July, such a quick turnaround. Much bigger than I thought and great value for this size box x3.   I can't believe this is not a brand new mower; it even came with a manual! There was a problem with the mower, but when supplier was contacted a full refund or replacement was offered immediately. I opted for a replacement and Josh even organised collection at their cost. Replacement came within a couple of days and I swear it was brand new. Customer service doesn't get better than this.   Item itself was fine, when it finally arrived.Good value for the price. Appearance was what I expected. Courier couldn't have been more useless and delivery was never attempted on day of delivery, as they cant read a label or understand an address and took 5 further days to arrive, with a good deal of effort from myself to get the delivery. The only down point is the courier service being so incredibly useless,even with free delivery for me, some poor devil pays and they deserve more

  This arrived really quickly but was faulty, wouldn’t oscillate and no air came out of the fan. I contacted seller who replied immediately offering refund or replacement. I opted for replacement and returned the fan. The new one arrived just as quickly. It’s up and running and works. Thank you for hour fan and great customer service 😀
