Worth it,if...
Great concert , sound reproduction pretty good, but pity it leaves out the two Gene Clark tracks, one of which was a great live version of Silver Raven, from the broadcast.

Old friend returned!
This was the first Dougie MacLean LP I bought and sadly , mistakingly gave away when downsizing a few years ago. Now it's back! A great mix of songs from a songwriter who really gets to the heart and who's voice just carries me back.

Limited coverage?
Just bought this magazine, not exactly comprehensive or even perhaps wide-ranging review of the" genre", as advertised. I mean, Judee Sill, and no Phil Ochs or Eric Andersen. Ok, the commercial biggies, but do we need such a limited view? I'm sure readers could name a whole swathe of singer songwriters that could be written about here, perhaps more variety and not just the commercial successful. John Stewart, Gordon Lightfoot, Buffy Step Marie, Dougie MacLean, Ian Tyson to name just a few. Judee Sill??
