You get what you pay for.

The cutter works perfectly well, once you've recut the slots for the screws. When you open the box it all looks great. It's not until you try to assemble it that the dream dies. The precut slot holes for all the fittings are to small to receive the screws/bolts. I had to drill out everything, got it working OK now although I don't have 100% adjustability that I should have had the plate been cut properly. Everything else is as it should be and otherwise is a great little kit.
