  Item arrived nicely packaged in top condition and is exactly what I needed. Originally Courier seem to have lost the item, but it was clear item had been dispatched promptly. Peter was exceptionally helpful in resolving this and went out of their way to send a replacement despite my reassurance that I didn't mind waiting for the Courier to resolve the issue. Great ebayer, highly recommend!
