Rock salt lamps.
I now have two. One in the front room one in the bathroom. My breathing has improved. And at night I used to sleep in 2 hourly sessions but since using the lamps I wake only twice or three times at he most. Would recommend to any one with breathing or sleep problems.

Not very good
It is very flimsy and if you put any weight on it falls easily. Not the best quality table

Massage chair
Proper shiatsu massage or a gentle one in your chair while watching TV. What could be better
