fantastic reference guide for a first time mum
I had read good reviews about this book and it didn't dissapoint, full of week by week changes to baby - advice/tips on what to eat, excercising during pregnancy and finally the birth (although have to admit haven't read that section in detail yet). I read and re-read sections on an almost daily basis.
