It helps
Be sure to follow the instructions for various uses. All around, I find it great for body, flea powder, and insects in the home.

Blush/contouring
1 of 1 found this helpful Application is smooth and very matte. It gives a bit of endurance in wear. Only wish it had a bit more shimmer and haven't checked the eco and toxicity factor yet.

Patience
I believe that it did work, but for my hair type slowly but surely. I had to take consistently for four months. I had no side effects, but be careful if you have any allergies.
