Great product
Loving the fibre cord rather than the rubber type. Fold easily for storing in bag. Sound quality is really good and comfortable to wear.

Little disappointed
The description made remarks about it being a grad A but may have few slight marks.
This device is not new and has been used!! Limescale all round the nozzle was a giveaway it had been used and the water tank smelt of mould. Another giveaway it had been previously used. Boiled it 10 times now and still black bits are being spluttered out.
On a positive note Had it been brand new and unused, the hot water dispenser is a great device and boils quickly, my only remark is that it dispenses too much water and some has to be poured out to make a cup of tea/coffee. For info I used a large latte mug to test. Will persevere to get rid of mould smell and black bits.

Not finished yet!!
5 of 5 found this helpful I heard Alan on BBC Radio WM in an interview and was gripped!! I’m still only half way through the book and it’s brilliant stuff. I can’t put it down. I almost don’t want to read how Ihe was treated by certain individuals but will finish it soon. Excellently written. Will finalise my review once finished. Personally signed by Alan which make it more personal. Thanks!!
25.3.18-finally finished the book and did t want it to come to an end. Fantastic!!! It’s a shame how Alan ended up leaving his beloved job and the people involved in his decision to leave the force should carry this on their shoulders forever. It must be awful to have to leave a job you love because of “others”. I hope you have a happy life Alan and thank you for a wonderful insite to your life and career. God bless you. Thanks Gem x
