Unacceptable!!
To make the hole for the tap you have to drill a 8mm hole through the sink and then chip away to make the hole big enough for the tap, there is a high risk of damaging the sink and the guarantee does not cover this. Also the tap supplied with it is a cheep non aerated one, so uses more water and dribbles after switching off.
